A CONVERTED FOUNDRY FOR HIRE, CAPACITY 120
A whole floor for a dinner, a studio for a rehearsal or a courtyard for something that needs to be outside. Same building, different jobs.
CAPACITY 120THREE SPACESKITCHEN ON SITE
01 / THE BUILDING
Foundry Rooms occupies a single-storey workshop with the original roof structure left in place. It was built to hold heavy things, which makes it forgiving for events.
Foundry Rooms is fictional, drawn as a website concept. No space can be hired, no date is available and no capacity is guaranteed.
How an evening runs ↗02 / THE SPACES
3 spaces
The whole workshop, with the kitchen at one end and a clear span long enough for round tables or a long one.
A smaller room behind the floor, used for rehearsals, talks and anything that needs a wall to write on.
An open yard behind the building, with a covered edge for the weather and room for a bar and a grill.
Capacities and inclusions are illustrative. Nothing here is a booking, a licence or a hire agreement.
03 / HOW AN EVENING RUNS
The venue side of an event should be boring on the night, because everything was decided beforehand.
Guests, format, timings and what arrives on the day. Written once and shared with everyone who needs it.
Where the bar goes, where the band plugs in, when the van can park. Decisions that are cheap before the day and expensive after.
A named contact for suppliers, a run sheet on the wall and a closing hour agreed in advance with the neighbours.
A venue website built around three clear spaces and one brief.
04 / SEND A BRIEF
Prepare an event brief and download a copy for yourself. Nothing is sent from this form and no date is held.
The brief is assembled on your device so you can see what a venue needs before it can answer anything useful.
THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE DESIGN / ELVARNUE
Venues, studios, galleries and spaces available for hire.
Venue sites show beautiful photographs and omit capacity, access and what is included. A short space list with the practical facts cuts a round of emails from every enquiry.
A responsive venue website with agreed space templates, capacity tables, a hire process page and enquiry fields. Availability calendars, booking deposits and supplier directories are quoted separately if required.
Approved photography and floor plans, verified capacities, licence conditions you must display, access notes and the questions your bookings team answers most.
