HARBOUR HOUSEBOUTIQUE STAYS

A CONCEPT GUESTHOUSE ON THE WATER

Slow mornings. Salt air.

Twelve rooms above the harbour, a long table downstairs and a short walk to the quay. A quieter way to stay for a few nights.

03WAYS TO STAY
01LONG TABLE, SHARED

A fictional guesthouse, designed as a study in quiet hospitality. No booking, payment or availability check takes place on this page.

01 / THE HOUSE

A quiet house. A clear view of the water.

Breakfast on the terrace, the sound of rigging in the morning and a harbour that changes colour before dinner. The house was arranged around the view rather than the road.

Harbour House is a fictional twelve-room guesthouse. It exists here as a design study: fewer rooms, longer stays and a place that is easy to understand before you arrive.

02 / ROOMS & SPACES

Three ways to stay. One house.

3 concept rooms

Room names, rates and availability are illustrative. The house, its rooms and its staff are fictional.

03 / THE RHYTHM OF A STAY

Arrive, settle. Stay a little longer.

A hospitality website has one job before arrival: answer the questions a guest would otherwise email about.

01 / ARRIVAL

Know the way in.

Directions, arrival windows and the first things to know, read before travelling rather than searched for on the day.

02 / THE DAY

Breakfast, then the water.

A simple daily rhythm on one screen: what is served, when the terrace opens and what is within walking distance.

03 / THE RETURN

An easy way back.

Past guests can describe a repeat stay in a short note, without repeating details the house already knows.

ROOMS / TABLE / LOCAL GUIDE

A hospitality website built around rooms, a sense of place and a direct stay enquiry.

04 / PLAN A STAY

Tell us when. We will sketch the stay.

Prepare a stay outline and download a copy for yourself. Nothing is sent from this form, no room is held and no availability is checked.

STAY PLANNER

The planner stores nothing. It prepares a text outline on your device so you can see how a short enquiry could be structured.

THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE DESIGN / ELVARNUE

Help guests picture the stay before they write.

Boutique hotels, guesthouses and small hospitality groups.

The problem this addresses

Photography sells a feeling, not a decision. A clear room structure, honest detail and a direct enquiry path help a guest choose a stay without adding a booking engine to the first version.

Explore the interactions

  • Filter rooms, suites and shared spaces.
  • Compare what each room includes before enquiring.
  • Prepare a sample stay outline around season, room and requests.

What we could deliver for you

A responsive hospitality website with agreed room templates, a location and dining section, enquiry fields and handover documentation. Availability or booking integration is quoted separately if you need it.

What we need to get started

Approved room photography and usage rights, room descriptions, house rules, location details, brand assets and the questions your team answers most often.

Design decisions

  • Guests choose a room before they read about the house, so rooms sit above the story rather than behind a menu.
  • Nothing on this page checks availability or takes a payment; the enquiry is the only action offered.
  • The house reads as fictional rather than as a launch, so no rates, reviews or occupancy claims appear.
