Contact and scope
This notice covers the Elvarnue website and project enquiries. Elvarnue is the service team based in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. For privacy questions or requests, email support@elvarnue.com.
Information you provide
An enquiry can include your name, email, company, reference website, selected service, budget, timing and project description. We use these details to assess your request, prepare a response and discuss a possible project. Do not submit passwords or confidential customer records.
Delivery, storage and service providers
On the production website, sending an enquiry passes it through Cloudflare to the team’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website; Google processes the delivered email. These services and our team may process information outside your country, including in China. Downloaded briefs stay on your device.
Browser storage and technical data
Language preferences and concept workspaces use browser storage. Explicitly saved text drafts use session storage; saved briefs in static previews use local storage. You can clear these through the page controls or browser settings. Hosting and security services process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and requested URL.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry correspondence is retained for handling the enquiry and any resulting project, and for relevant contractual or legal recordkeeping. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact support@elvarnue.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required. Clearing browser storage does not delete email already delivered to the team.
