One enquiry workflow: validate the input, route it to the right tool and flag failed transfers.
Indicative timingBounded automation · 1–3 weeks
Schedules depend on scope, content, access and feedback. Your proposal confirms the milestones.
What we need to get started
Bring: Your current tools, a sample input and desired output, business rules, expected volumes and an owner for exceptions. Scoped separately: Platform subscriptions, usage charges, new integrations and later vendor changes. Supported tools, permissions and error handling are agreed before development.
Your written proposal sets out deliverables, milestones, a USD estimate and the agreed handover. Third-party fees and ongoing costs are listed separately.
Plan the scope before the build
Which workflow should we automate first?
Choose one repeated handoff with a clear input, destination and owner. Describe the current manual steps, how often they happen and what a successful result looks like. Include exceptions rather than only the ideal path.
What happens when a connected tool fails?
Agree validation, duplicate handling, retries and who receives failure alerts before building. Vendor permissions, API limits and subscription costs affect feasibility. The proposal should identify who maintains the workflow after handover.
